I launched Ultimate Planning Solutions on the Gold Coast in 2017. Previously I was a Senior Town Planner with the City of Gold Coast, working on all aspects of the planning development process. I was also the City Integration Coordinator for the Gold Coast 2018 Commonwealth Games.

I have extensive local government experience in Queensland, including proven success with Material Change of Use, lot reconfiguration, and building applications. At Ultimate Planning Solutions, we maintain strong relationships with all relevant authorities and consultants, and our collaborative approach ensures our clients are always fully informed.

I have a strong belief in providing quality advice in a quick and efficient manner, as development is a fast-moving environment where quality and timely advice is essential

Having completed a degree in Urban and Environmental Planning at Queensland’s, Griffith University on the Gold Coast, Chris identified strengths in urban design and project management.

Upholding a portfolio of over 10 years post-grad experience within the development industry, Chris delivers a rational yet reasonable approach to managing complex development applications from concept to completion.

It is with this experience and exposure to managing varying land-use applications whereby Chris understands the importance of being a strong communicator within the project team.

To achieve the best possible outcome for his clients, Chris has developed a trusted network of industry professionals to address any specific requirement relevant to the project at hand.
